A non refundable 30% deposit will be taken for all portraits. This will secure your portrait slot.

It is the customers responsibility to provide photos of a true likeness, and to ensure any extra information (i.e defining features) is provided with the order. 

Unfortunately all payments are non refundable - it is the customers responsibility to familiarise yourself with my work before ordering your portrait. 

Work will only be dispatched when full payment has been made, please take this into consideration if commissioning work for a specific date. If payment is made by cheque, work will be dispatched as soon as funds have cleared. 

As the artist, I retain the copyrights for all of my work therefore I reserve the right to use the work for any publicity on social media, promotional materials, on my website, or as exhibition materials. If you are not happy for your artwork to be shared for promotional use, please let me know when ordering your portrait. If you your portrait is for a surprise gift please state this at time of order.
