If for whatever reason, you decide you would like to return an item, or are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be more than happy to process a full refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for the item and any costs involved with returning the item (unless damaged in transit to you) until it arrives with us. ​

Unfortunately commission work cannot be returned.

Items must be returned to us within 28 days of ordering. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your order.
